Ordering and Delivery of Bottled Water

Novo offers a free regular delivery service across the Greater Sydney Metropolitan area. Please call if you are unsure if your location is within our coverage area.

When you join with our spring water service, one of our friendly drivers will install your cooler and bottles at your home or office within a week or your order.

You will also be provided with a Delivery Calendar confirming the delivery dates of our location.

You can download the current Delivery Calendar as a PDF file from the more info tab at any time.

Simply call in prior to the delivery dates set out in the Delivery Calendar with your order. Orders placed up to 3.00pm (the day prior) will have delivery assured.

Our Delivery Service
Top-up Program

Under our Top-up Program, one of our drivers will visit your location automatically on the dates set out in the Delivery Calendar. Please leave your empty bottles out for replacement. Alternatively, you may request more or less bottles than your number of empties by leaving a note specifying the number of bottles you require. We recommend the Top-up Program to streamline your deliveries and drinking requirements.
