With our network of licensed plumber’s under our filtered product division, Novo Group is able to provide and install serviced filtration systems Australia wide. We provide our services to some of Australia’s largest corporations and they love us for making it so simple, cost effective and easy, whilst providing great tasting quality drinking water at all times.

Under our Crystal Rock brand, Novo Group provides a fast and effective scheduled delivery service and offers only high quality natural spring water. On route, our drivers and delivery personnel are always courteous, reliable and willing to go that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction.

Another section of the company is our 'Wholesale Bottling' division. Not only does our bottling line produce spring water bottles for the Novo Group trucks, but we also bottle for up to fifteen other bottle water companies in our industry as well. Our Distribution Centre's factory area is equiped to ensure a streamlined operation.

Quality Control:

At Novo Group our natural spring water is tested and our bottling equipment is cleaned on a daily basis to ensure we comply with health department regulations and food safety requirements.

With our filtered water products we use top of the range NSF approved commercial filters. Our plumbers are also fully licensed and install our systems using only Australian Standard fittings and plumbing procedures.
