Novo group use only fully trained and licensed plumbers to install our filtered drinking water systems. We use only the highest quality Australian Standard Approved parts: Pressure limiting valves, dual check valves, anti-water hammer devices, leak preventation device, as well as john Guest superior connections and tubing.

Novo Group prides itself on all installations of filtered drinking water products by ensuring all products are installed to a high standard and professional finish.

A flexible food grade polypropylene tube is used to transport the water to your system anywhere in your premises. Where the tubing is exposed it will be covered by a neat conduit, providing a professional finish to the installation.

Please note that if the system ever needs to be re-located or removed, it can be easily done without damaging your premises in any way.

Platinum Service Program Information

All systems will be serviced with the following being completed.

• External casing, spill tray and taps will be cleaned and sanitised
• Premium filter cartridges will be replaced
• Unit will be checked to ensure perfect working order

You will then be issued with a Service Certificate to comply with your OH&S audit requirements.
